Summary: Location is great, view is magnificent however management is terrible. They made us check-in to a dirty room, somebody had clipped nails on the couch, dirt on the floor everywhere. Asked for coffee at 10:30 in the evening and answer is kitchen closed. Coffee is made in the kitchen? And lastly there is no hot water, when you tell management they say "we will check" and do nothing about it, they don't even inform back and tell they can't fix anything. This is not the right guest communication, you cannot hope guests forget the problem. And when we complain about the issues on check-out they just don't comment. I guess they need to educate the management (russian lady).
